Rather than divert corporate welfare funds from globe-trotting investment bankers, GovGuam sycophants closed police stations, shut down children's playgrounds and kicked the manamko’ out of St. Dominic's. … While GovGuam leaders rearrange deck chairs, multi-billion dollar unfunded pensions, a vulnerable economy, and a $200 million operational deficit loom like titanic icebergs of fiscal proportions.”
